So you need to be able to burst down 15 billion in 90 seconds to kill him. If you can do CRA 3-door comfortably, you can probably clear Hardlux. Party range varies similarly but 1.2m+ is good if you're experienced and 1.5m+ if you're not. Most parties I see ask for 1.5m sheet range just to be safe.If you want Hellux I think you'll need to beef up those numbers to maybe around 3mil+ and maybe level 20-30 boost nodes.
