Bloodied stealth commando build
The important ones for this build are Adrenal Reaction, Speed Demon, Bird Bones, Eagle Eyes, and Marsupial. Herbivore too, as the vege buffs tend to favor commando playstyles (meat buffs / Carnivore tend to favor melee playstyles), but there's a little bit of personal preference there with that one. INTRODUCTION. Full health builds shine in survivability and low-maintenance damage. If you want to be powerful without the hassle of low health, this is the guide for you. Ideally at the very very endgame you will be an invulnerable monster capable of eating damage endlessly, while still dealing enough damage for a 4 to 6 minute queen solo.Avoid 30% of incoming damage at the cost of 30 Action Points per hit. You are 25% harder to detect while sneaking. Gain +6% (max 36%) damage for 30s per kill. Duration refreshes with kills. You will never mutate from Rads and Radaway will never cure mutations. The negative effects of your mutations are reduced by 75%.For my bloodied stealth sniper, I took Master Infiltrator, Follow Through and then Legendary Agility, Legendary Luck, Legendary Intelligence and Legendary Endurance. All are maxed. Having 3/14/8/6/15/15/15 is very nice and gives me a lot of flexibility on what perk cards I can equip.
