Only SD ammo I had trouble with was the Xtreme Penetrator stuff. Depending on how the round came out of the magazine, sometimes the sharp front edge of the bullet jammed on the feed ramp. Probably 3 out of 4 rounds loaded fine, but 1 of 4 did not. Soft lead doesn't penetrate bone as well and turns into a pancake when it hits something really hard.
